When attempting to upgrade Identity Manager, the process fails error message:
"Processing step 'QBM FinalizeCustomer (wait for post processing customer)' failed."
During the upgrade process, the user is prompted to run a Consistency Check.
1. Ensure that the Consistency Check is run.
2. Resolve any issues that are revealed by the Consistency Check, and run it again.
3. Repeat the above process until the Consistency Check completes successfully with no outstanding issues.
4. Once that is done, it is safe to proceed with the upgrade.
As per the Identity Manager 8.0.2 release notes:
"All the database tests must be successful. Correct any errors. Some consistency checks offer repair options for correcting errors."
