You may have noticed that if your client’s display scale is set to anything over 100% (i.e. 125% or 200%), the Offline Password Reset (OPR)’s QRCode will fail to be fully displayed.
This is by design, the OPR feature was originally designed to only cater for clients set to a 100% scale. An enhancement request (110122) has been created detailing the feature: expand the OPR’s capability to cater for higher display scaling (i.e. 125% or 200%).
1) When deploying the Offline Password Reset, the client's display settings should configured as 100%.
2) If the client's display settings are configured to anything over 100%, then the end user will need to proceed with the manual alternative. Select the check box and continue:
The product team will evaluate the request and this feature may become available on a future release of the product.
