There are some common items that might cause issues when downloading the Enrollment Bundle:
- If the browser in use is Internet Explorer, please ensure that Compatibility View is not enabled. This will cause many display issues in the TPAM GUI.
- Ensure that any pop-up blockers are not catching the pop-up window to allow the Enrollment Bundle to be downloaded.
- Test with another browser.
- If the above fails, you may need to reboot the Primary and try again.
