iTokens configured with Triple-DES encryption, 8 characters and installed in the latest iOS versions do not work/authenticate.
Resolution

STATUS
A Defect has been submitted to product management for possible inclusion in a future version of the product. No ETA is available at this time.
WORKAROUND
Configured the iToken with no expiration date.
