The following error is reported when a user requests a passcode be sent to their email account and their language is either Italian, French, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazil), Polish, Swedish, Czech or Spanish.
The user verbose log also reports the following error.
The URL is attempting to pass a special character and this is being interpreted by the validation check as an issue. Depending on which language is chosen for the PMUser site the character may vary slightly.
In the verbose log error above problem is with the letter ‘e’ with a grave accent (è). The decimal code for the character è is "è" and is highlighted in the error from the verbose log.
Using Italian as an example.
If the letter ‘e’ is substituted for the letter ‘è’ the URL will pass the validation check.
It’s grammatically incorrect but the meaning of the message will be conveyed.
The user will receive an email saying
“Il tuo passcode monouso e fhfjfsjssffj" instead of “Il tuo passcode monouso è fhfjfsjssffj"
