Unable to save a Request; 'Save' button is greyed out.
It is not possible for a TPAM user to 'Save' a Request. The fields are filled out, but the 'Save' option remains greyed out.
If there are any red asterisks besides fields within the Request, these fields are required.
View the Request screen confirming any fields with red asterisks are populated (such as Ticket System as one example). It is possible that some fields for the system / account have been configured to be mandatory.
It is also possible that Internet Explorer 'Compatibility View' might be enabled. TPAM is written to current standards and 'Compatibility View' is not required and will cause usability issues with the TPAM GUI if this is enabled. Test with another browser, or disable 'Compatibility View'.
