WORKAROUND:
1) Within the PMAdmin site remove the domain connection from within the User scope, helpdesk scope, and Password Policies tab.
2) Delete the unused Domain connection within the PMAdmin site-> general settings-> domain connections
3) One the Password Manager server ipconfig /flushdns
4) Reboot Password Manager server
5) upon start up launch the PMAdmin site and all in the domain connection within the User scope, helpdesk scope, and Password Policies tab.
