How to create custom roles ?
Resolution

Only default roles are available now, Administrator, Helpdesk, Read-Only Helpdesk and Reports. It is not currently possible to create additional custom roles at this time. Enhancement request 128123 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Defender.
