Logging in to the web portal results in the following error message:
"Error while loading the collection User in VI_Session. Could not load file or assembly 'CPL.Customizer' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
Confirm if the module (in this case CPL - Compliance Module) is installed in the database. To confirm this use following the SQL query:
Select * from QBMVSystemOverview
If the given module is not present, add the module to the existing database. For further information, please see the following KB article for installation steps: How To Import a New Module into an Existing Identity Manager Installation.
Allow the auto-update mechanism to add the missing assembly files after installing the missing modules.
If the error message persists, confirm the auto-update settings. As a workaround, copy the missing file to the target location manually.
