Enhancement for the ability to specify a date range for Support Bundles
Request to add the ability to filter by date when generating a Support Bundle. Having this capability will reduce the size and the amount of data that is included, in cases where the entire date range is not necessary.
An enhancement has been submitted to product management for review. No ETA is currently available at this time.
If a Support Bundle is too large to attachment directly to the service request, the customer can upload it to our FTP server.
