Ticket validation failing after database move due to apparent ODBC + SSL errors
An error occurred while testing the ticket system. This is most likely related to a protocol incompatibility between your current version of TPAM and the target server. If the target server has TLS 1.0 disabled and you are currently running TPAM 2.5.919 or lower, please upgrade to version 2.5.920, or higher, to see if this resolves the issue.
A potential workaround is to loosen the security restrictions on the target server to allow TPAM to connect. This is not recommended, and should only be attempted as a last resort, if upgrading TPAM is not an option at the moment.
