No active appliances available during upgrade installation
An issue was discovered in the expected availability of appliances when an upgrade is applied. Customer reports that no appliances were available for requests until after the Primary had completed upgrading, resulting in a period of unexpected downtime.
This issue was confirmed as a defect and has been address in the SPP 2.10 version.
Please upgrade to the Safeguard 2.10 release or higher to resolve this issue.
