If the following parameters are used in an email the correct value is not returned.
Typically the parameter name itself will be returned rather that the output value.
In relation to the parameters relating to a user’s name (1 – 4).
There are two other parameters that can be used and which may return the users name, depending on how your organisations AD environment is configured.
As a workaround replace the defective parameter with one of these and see if it returns an acceptable value.
Alternatively upgrade to Password Manager 5.9.1
In this release parameters 1 – 5 now return the correct values.
Parameters 6 – 9 do not return the correct values but this will be addressed in a future release.
