WORKAROUND
1. Delete or rename the SoftLicense registry entry located at the following locations depending on the version of the installation:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Quest Software\SoftLicense
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Dell\SoftLicense
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\One Identity\SoftLicense
2. Reinstall the license key from the Password Manager Admin Site.
3. Verify the new SoftLicense key is now created under the "Quest Software" node at in registry at
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Quest Software\SoftLicense
4. Refresh the Password Manager Admin Site to confirm the product is functioning.
