How to: Run Direct Reports to show Manager details

When creating a new Entitlement Profile to display Direct Reports of a user (where that user is a primary or secondary owner of another user object), if the user is set as a Manager (primary owner) of another user object, that user will not be displayed as a Direct Report in the entitlement profile. However if the managing user is set as a secondary owner of another user object, that user will be displayed as a Direct Report in the entitlement profile.
