How to register your One Identity product license to enable self-service features on the Support Portal.
In order to populate the My Licenses page you must select “Register Product” from the gray bar:
You will be asked to enter a license number and search for it. The first user to register a license will be the administrator of the new group that will be created.

Once the license is successfully registered and a group is created, the My Licenses page will show the licensed product with all available information based on your permission level. Administrators will see links to manage groups or request license user access. License Users will be able to retrieve, refresh, merge or upgrade license keys on applicable products.
