How to retrieve or refresh a license key using the One Identity Support Portal
To retrieve or refresh a license key, first, ensure your product is registered on the Support Portal. Directions to register can be found here: https://support.oneidentity.com/essentials/getting-started-with-my-licensing
Once registered, go to My Account and Select My License Assets.
Locate the Product you require a key for and select the Retrieve Key tab
Next, you will be presented with either the Retrieve Key feature or the Refresh Key feature depending on your product. Key Retrieval will resend your existing key, and Key Refresh will retrieve your existing key and update your maintenance end date for applicable products. Click the applicable option.
Next, click the send button to be emailed the required key
