When logging a large batch of messages, logger command fails after sending few messages to syslog on AIX.
Error: Could not send msg '<actual-text-in-line-it-failed-to-send>'. Please retry

Cause
Kernel buffer overflow has happened. -
Resolution
- Execute logger with retry option.
logger -r -f /path/to/file.source
- Make sure that no flow-control is enabled at any log pathes which uses the system source.
