Below error was observed in Event Viewer logs:
This error is mostly related to Certificate. Even though the certificate was visible in the dropdown box, it was not getting selected and mapped in the Reinitialization tab in PMAdmin site.
After enabling, Self Service site logs, below error was observed:
"No endpoint listening at .net.pipe://127.0.0.1/QPM.Service.Services.UserService.UserService that could accept the message. This is often caused by incorrect SOAP action....."
It was found that Customer modified Productinfo.xml file.
path : Program Files -> One Identity Password Manager -> Service ->Resources -> Productinfo.xml
1. The changes were reverted in the Productinfo.xml File
2. The certificate got mapped successfully under PMAdminsite ->Reinitilization tab.
3. Customer was able to access both SelfService and Helpdesk site.
Note: It is recommended to only edit Local.storage file. Editing any other file can affect functionality of the Product.
