As you may have noticed, currently Password Manager supports multiple registration methods:
1) Q&A Profile
2) Corporate Registration (AD attributes i.e.: eMail and Mobile)
3) Personal Registration (Personal email and Mobile)
But only one of the above can be configured as mandatory.
This is by design. An enhancement request (TF00226602) has been created detailing the feature: Multiple Mandatory Registration Methods.
The product team will evaluate the request and this feature may become available on a future release of the product.
