HTTP Error "Error establishing connection to %proxy_url_address%" (4323943)

When adjusting the SNAT setting within the HTTP connection policy to "use fixed address", the following errors occur:

• An error occurred, serving error file; filename='/opt/scb/share/http/en/connecterror.html'
• Proxy destroy; class='nessus_reportingSCBHttpProxy', module='http'
• Proxy ending; class='nessus_reportingSCBHttpProxy', module='http'
• HTTP Error - Error establishing connection to %proxy_url_address%

The error occurs after SPS tries to query the get_family attribute.

AttributeError: 'IPv4Network' object has no attribute 'get_family'

STATUS:

This issue has been confirmed as a defect and submitted to product management for review. It is currently under investigation and not further details or ETA is currently available.

WORKAROUND:

Set the SNAT configuration to "Use IP address of SPS".
