When attempting to set a user up for Starling authentication the error "Communication with Starling Two-Factor Authentication failed. Reason: Error authenticating to Starling 2FA. Details: Bad Request (60462) " is shown
1. When joining to Starling, ensure that it is joined to the United States instance. Starling 2FA is not available in the European data center. Unjoin and rejoin to the US instance.
2. Logon to Starling https://account.cloud.oneidentity.com/ and check that valid subscription/trial is showing under "My Services"
