Title
DPA has not upgraded to the latest version after primary and replica appliances were upgraded -
Description
When the TPAM appliances are upgraded to a new version if the DPA also has a new version it should automatically be upgraded. It may take up to 72 hours for this to occur. -
Cause
Upgrading DPA versions cannot be triggered manually, it will require the DPA be re-enrolled. -
Resolution
Follow the instructions in Chapter 6 of the System Administrator's Guide to unenroll and then enroll the DPA.
Enrollment will trigger the DPA to be upgraded to the latest version.
