Password Manager registration error caused by Personal contact method setting within the PMAdmin site
User registration not successful when only Email option is made available in Register workflow (As part of Personal contact method) and the same is used in Self-Service site as part of registration. (see screen shot)

There is no workaround, however there is a patch available please contact Technical Support to obtain the required patch.
