When installing password Manager, after setting the accounts for the application, the following error appears:

Resolution
When uninstalling password manager, IIS corrupted the file "C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\config\applicationhost.xml" by removing all the applications tags causing the website root to be unknown, and caused the error "Application '/' does not exist" in IIS:
MSI installer shows the following error details:
Workaround:
Fixing the website in the applicationhost.xml file or deleting the website and recreating fixes the problem.
