SPP appliance repeatedly entering quarantine after upgrading to version 6.7
After upgrading to 6.7, one of our appliances has been quarantined repeatedly. We take measures to recover it, and soon after it quarantines again.
After diagnostic review, it was determine that changes made to the SMTP Authentication Service were cause this service to crash repeatedly. These service failures were then triggering the quarantine threshold on the appliance.
A solution for this issue has been included in the Safeguard for Privileged Passwords 6.7.1 release. Please upgrade to 6.7.1 or later to resolve this issue.
