Description
In an attempt to perform any commit such as reset password or create any account object, Active Roles MMC freezes also whether performed same operation though Management Shell the cmdlet does not end.

Cause
This seems to relate to expired certificates created. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND1) Access the host running the AR administration service;2) Lauch certmgr.msc with the credentials used to run the AR service itself;3) Navigate to the local certificate store;4) Delete any real-user personal certs listed;5) Restart the AR service or server.
