When delegating access to a shared mailbox in a hybrid environment, the Send As or Full Access permissions are not set correctly.
In a scenario where the Identity mailbox is hosted On-Premises and the User/Trustee is host On-Cloud Active Roles can't handle this permission.
WORKAROUND
SendAs or Full Access permission should be added manually through Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises.
