When installing 5.11 the error "Service 'Defender Security Server Service' (DSServADE) could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services." is shown -
Description
When installing Defender 5.11 on a 64 bit machine, if the "Defender Administration Console" is not selected, then the installation will fail with the error:"Service 'Defender Security Server Service' (DSServADE) could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services.". Retry fails, and cancel will remove the software.

"Service 'Defender Security Server Service' (DSServADE) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services."
Manually executing the DSServADE.exe file shows the error:"The code execution cannot proceed because DssNet64.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem". -

WORKAROUND
When installing the Defender Security Server, select the "Defender Administration Console". This will allow the installation to succeed and the Defender Security Service will started.If upgrading from an earlier version of Defender, the option to select the "Defender Administration Console" will not be given. In this instance, prior to upgrading Defender, use Program and Features to Change the current install of Defender, and install the "Defender Administration Console". Then upgrade to 5.11.
