Description
The following error is displayed in the Data Governance Configuration Wizard just after the activity database is created.
An error was encountered creating the Data Governance activity database: Access was denied while attempting to perform.; ServerReconfiguration

Cause
The Data Governance configuration wizard was not run by an administrator user -
Resolution
Follow the steps below to install Data Governance Edition:
- If the Data Governance Configuration Wizard is open please close it
- Right click on Data Governance Configuration Wizard.exe in the installation folder
- Select Run as administrator
- Complete the wizard
