Minimum SSL/TLS Requirements Between One Identity Products to Starling Two Factor Authentication. (4263286)

In order to ensure secure communications between One Identity products installed on premise and joined to Starling Two Factor Authentication cloud platform, TLS 1.2 is required as a minimum level of communication.

Some products like Authentication Services or Active Roles will use the operating system's browser where they are installed. If the locally available operating does not support TLS 1.2 then updates to the operating system or browser may be required to successfully join. 

This is by design as the products are intended to be secure by default. 

The enforcement of TLS 1.2 as the minimum began September 10th, 2020.
