Description
The Secure Password Extension (SPE) is installed on a client computer, however the Forgot My Password credential provider tile is not displayed as expected on the logon screen. -
Cause
Duo Authentication may be installed on the client computer, which disables all other credential providers.

Uninstall Duo authentication or contact the software vendor for potential workarounds.
