Note: This can also be the account used to perform an LDAP bind to the Active Directory domain.

Resolution
Moving the Managed Domain proxy service account to another container within Active Directory will not break or impact current functionality within Active Roles. The Active Roles Service account does not depend on the Managed Domain proxy service accounts location to be in a specific container in order to function, and it is not a requirement.
