Can syslog clients run different versions of Syslog-ng PE on clients, relays and servers within the same estate?
Eg: Can clients run 7.0.22, relays run 7.0.24 and servers 7.0.25

Having different versions of Syslog-ng PE on servers, relays and clients should not pose any problem. There is no requirement to keep everything at the same version, just a supported version.
However please be aware that a newer version may have new/deprecated features or resolved issues which an older version may not recognise and if these features are required then it may be necessary to keep the same product version across the entire estate.
Therefore, the release notes should be consulted for the differences between various versions and it is advisable that testing is done on a small number of clients/relays/servers before deploying to all systems in an estate.
