After selecting the checkbox next to a user in the Active Roles Web Interface, the right sidebar menu is slow to load and displays a spinning circle. After a delay, the menu loads as expected.
Active Roles Verbose Logging shows the following error:
[SkypeforBusiness][SkypeforBusinessConnection::_TryEstablishConnection] 'Connecting to remote server xxxx.xxxxx.xxx failed with the following error message : The client cannot connect to the destination specified in the request. Verify that the service on the destination is running and is accepting requests.
If Skype for Business is currently utilized in the environment, verify and repair connectivity between the Active Roles host and the Skype for Business servers noted in the verbose error logs.
If Skype for Business is no longer in use, unlink the following Skype policies using the Active Roles Console:
