When navigating back to the "Filter" tab after selecting an Account during a request, "My Most Recently Requested" filter is missing. -
Description
After selecting an Account and then navigating back to the "Filter" tab, the "My Most Recently Requested" drop-down is missing.
Reloading the page will return the "My Most Recently Requested" drop-down, but the filter options will need to be entered again.

Resolution
WORKAROUND: For versions prior to 2.5.917, reloading the page while on the 'Filter' tab will return the "My Most Recently Requested" drop-down. Any Filter options that had been entered previously will need to be populated again.
STATUS: This has been addressed in TPAM 2.5.917.

"The My Most Recently Requested filter on the Password Request filter tab is missing after clicking on the Accounts tab and then clicking back on the Filter tab. BFER 7837"
