Changes made to the unmanaged 'paradmin' and 'parmaster' password are not shown on the Current Status screen -
Description
Password changes to the unmanaged 'paradmin' and 'parmaster' accounts have been done, and do not show on the 'Current Status' screen when viewing these accounts. -
Cause
The 'Current Status' page only applies to accounts that are managed by TPAM. -
Resolution
When viewing the 'Current Status' page for the unmanaged paradmin account will should show in red letters "paradmin is a local account and is currently not managed." The current status page for parmaster should show in red letters "parmaster is a local account and is currently not managed."
To review changes to these unmanaged accounts, check the 'Activity Report' for any recorded changes to paradmin and the 'Sys-Admin Activity Report' for any recorded changes to parmaster password.
If these accounts are managed, the 'Current Status' screen will show this detail. -
