In TPAM 2.5.922 there is an issue when trying to use Internet Explorer with account actions such as 'Add Account'. The page may not load as expected.
For example, navigating to "Systems, Accounts and Collections | Accounts | Add Account"; when clicking the 'System' tab, it does not load with expected results.
This has been addressed via Hotfix_10484 for 2.5.922.

The issue is resolved in 2.5.923
WORKAROUND
Using a browser other than IE (such as Chrome or Firefox) should allow the account management actions to complete successfully.
