Description

When attempting to customize the Web Interface using the Customize or Click here to customize this form option, an error such as the following is displayed:
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
An error occurred during the last operation
Error: Couldn't find type for class System.Web.WebPageTraceListener
Attached screen capture named 'System.Web.WebPageTraceListener error.jpg' shows error.

Cause

This error may occur if the MySQL .NET connector is installed with all of its components on the Active Roles server where the Web Interface is also installed. The Web Providers component of the MySQL .NET connector appears to cause issues with the ARS Web Interface.
Resolution

Remove the Web Providers component of the MySQL.Net Connector.
