Resolution
WORKAROUND:
The file to change the text in question is the "Common.xml" located here:
C:\Program Files\One Identity\Password Manager\Web\User\App_Data\LocalizationStorage\en-US
- Search for comply with (see screen shot)
- The text is in that file 2 times
- Change as desired and save the file
- Restart IIS
- Restart the Password Manager service
NOTE: For Password Manager versions 5.7 and 5.6.3, the file is under C:\Program Files\Dell\Password Manager\Web\User\App_Data\LocalizationStorage\en-US
