Domain not listing in the Migration wizard scope. -
Description
When attempting run the migration wizard the domain is not listing when scoping the users to run the migration wizard. -
Cause
Too many domain connections listed within the PMAdmin site-> general settings-> domain connections -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Within the PMAdmin site-> general settings -> domain connections
If there are multiple connections for a single domain, please remove the additional domain connections.
- From within the PMAdmin site-> home-> helpdesk
- Remove the domain listed
- Re-add the domain
- Select the existing connection for the User scope.
- Re scope the new domain connection for the helpdesk
- From within the PMAdmin site-> general settings tab-> Password Policy tab
- Remove the domain listedRe-add the domain
- Select the existing connection for the User scope.
Within the PMAdmin site-> general settings domain connections there should be connections that are no longer being used. Please remove any unused connection
Create a new Export file with the new single domain connection to be used by the Migration wizard.
