How to have the ability for group owners to manage their groups without the approval process. (4216333)

When Primary and Secondary owners manage their groups by adding or removing members it goes though the Approval process. Primary and secondary owners don't want the Approval process in place for adding or removing group members. 

The two default builtin Workflows called Approval by Primary Owner (Manager) and Approval by Secondary Owner are enabled. 

Disable the two default builtin Workflows called Approval by Primary Owner (Manager) and Approval by Secondary Owner by right-clicking on them and selecting Disable Workflow.
