Options missing from Authentication Methods workflow item. -
Description
There should be options for both Questions and Mobile to configure, since using the Starling service to provide SMS authentication. Why do other workflow Authentication Methods not display?

Incorrect configuration by not selecting all the options from the Register workflow -

WORKAROUND:
1. Within the Register Workflow select all the options from the Register workflow:
2. Select Save3. After adding the options within the Register workflow the Authentication Methods will be available:
