Citrix ICA connections unable to capture when using Citrix default transfer protocol Adaptive Transport -
Description
New versions of Citrix Virtual apps and desktops now utilize a new transport protocol to communicate ICA traffic. The protocol is called Adaptive transport in which it utilizes UDP and not TCP and is turned on by default in Citrix https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/technical-overview/hdx/adaptive-transport.html.
This means that out of the box Citrix ICA traffic can not be captured via SPS without turning Adaptive Transport off.
Is there a solution for capturing ICA traffic with Adaptive Transport turned on?

Cause
One Identity SPS currently does not support Adaptive Transport protocol with ICA connections. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Adaptive Transport must be turned off in order for SPS to capture ICA traffic.
STATUS
Enhancement Request PAM-11490 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of One Identity SPS. -
