Unable to navigate the Active Roles Web Interface after a custom image is applied -
Description
The Active Roles Web Interface is not usable after applying a custom image icon, and the Restore Default option is not clickable as the image is to large to undo the changes made to the Active Roles Web Interface. -
Cause
The Active Roles Web Interface does not respect the size limits for the custom logo image used as outlined in the Active Roles Web Interface Administration Guide.

Resolution
In order to revert the changes made to the Active Roles Web Interface. Delete the custom image, logo, or site icon by following these steps:
- Navigate to the default custom image location here: C:\Program Files\One Identity\Active Roles\7.X\Web\Public\CustomImages
- Verify the images are stamped with the most recent date of when they were saved
- Delete the images found in the above CustomImages folder
- Reload the Active Roles Web Interface
