WORKAROUND:
Set the condition for the user to re-register “The question user answers to registered was modified or deleted”
(see screen shot 4718715)
Provided you have configured the SMTP server the users should receive an e-mail to update their profiles but until then they can still use their existing profile to reset their Passwords.
