Description
Users and helpdesk not able to search for accounts, "No such objects found" error in the event viewer: "value cannot be null " -
Cause
This error can be caused by a domain connection issue from the Password Manager Admin site. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
1) From within the PMAdmin site | home tab | Management policies select User scope and
2) Take note of the included/excluded groups then select "Remove"
3) Select Add domain connection
4) Restart the Password Manager service.
