WORKAROUND
To specify groups that are allowed to access the Self-Service site:
1. On the Administration site, select the Management Policy you want to configure and click the User Scope link.
2. On the User Scope page, select the domain connection for which you want to specify user groups and click Edit.
3. In the Groups allowed access to the Self-Service site section, click Add.
4. In the object selection window, select the groups whose members you want to be able to access the Self-Service site and click Save.
5. On the User Scope Settings for #Domain# page, click Save.
To specify Organizational units (OU's) that are allowed to access the Self-Service site:
1. On the Administration site, select the Management Policy you want to configure and click the User Scope link.
2. On the User Scope page, select the domain connection for which you want to specify user groups and click Edit.
3. In the Organizational units (OU's) that are allowed to access the Self-Service site: section, click Add.
4. In the object selection window, select the OU whose members you want to be able to access the Self-Service site and click Save.
5. On the User Scope Settings for #Domain# page, click Save.
To specify groups that are denied access to the Self-Service site:
1. On the Administration site, select the Management Policy you want to configure and click the User Scope link.
2. On the User Scope page, select the domain connection for which you want to specify user groups and click Edit.
3. In the Groups denied access to the Self-Service site section, click Add.
4. In the object selection window, select the groups whose members you do not want to be able to access the Self-Service site and click Save.
5. On the User Scope Settings for #Domain# page, click Save.
To specify Organizational units (OU's) that are denied access to the Self-Service site:
1. On the Administration site, select the Management Policy you want to configure and click the User Scope link.
2. On the User Scope page, select the domain connection for which you want to specify user groups and click Edit.
3. In the Organizational units denied access to the Self-Service site: section, click Add.
4. In the object selection window, select the OU whose members you want to deny access to the Self-Service site and click Save.
5. On the User Scope Settings for #Domain# page, click Save.
