When attempting to create a new user the final step of the creation process will not all any of the browser buttons to be clicked such as Back, Next or Cancel. The only option is to select the X in the top right corner to close the window.
Confirm the Azure Health Check status for the Tenant Connectivity, and Azure Application Connectivity does not have a red X as a result:
Login to the Microsoft Azure Portal using the service account and password, this will confirm the password is still valid or if you are prompted to enter the old password and the specify a new password.
Verify that the Azure Administrator account password has not been changed as this will cause the tenant to lose connection.
Here are the steps to connect to all services when using a password:
1. Open Windows PowerShell as an administrator (use Run as administrator).
2. Run this command to connect to Azure Active Directory (AD) using the Azure Active Directory PowerShell for Graph module:
