When performing a mapping, the following error is received:
"Map operation aborted. Details: Cannot access this container: the container ID 'xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx'. Probably, this container has been deleted. Check the synchronization task configuration or connection configuration."
When running a synchronization step, the following error is received:
"Synchronization steps aborted. Details: Cannot access this container: the container ID 'xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx'. Probably, this container has been deleted. Check the synchronization task configuration or connection configuration."
One of the OU/containers in the domain in the connection scope has been deleted.
WORKAROUND:
1) In the Quick Connect Administration Console, locate the connection in question under the Connection tab. Ensure that the credential information is correct. After that, always Test Connection to ensure connection is established.
2) After that, remove the domain from the scope of the connection. And re-add the domain(or individual OU's) and save.
3) Restart the Quick Connect service
